Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Stedify, Inc. ("Stedify," "we," "us," or "our"), we strive to provide a valuable service to all of our customers. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines how cancellations, refunds, and billing disputes are handled for the Stedify platform (the "Service").
1. Subscription Overview
Stedify is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform offered on a monthly subscription basis. We offer the following plans:
- Solo: $29 per month
- Scale: $59 per month
- Enterprise: $149 per month
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled.
2. Free Trial
2.1. Stedify does not currently offer a free trial period. All subscriptions are paid and begin immediately upon sign-up.
2.2. We may introduce a free trial program in the future. If and when a free trial is offered, the applicable terms — including trial duration, eligible plans, and what happens at the end of the trial — will be clearly communicated before activation. This policy will be updated accordingly at that time.
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1. You may cancel your subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees or penalties.
3.2. How to cancel:
- Through Account Settings: Navigate to your account settings within the Stedify app at app.stedify.app and follow the cancellation prompts.
- By Email: Send a cancellation request to support@stedify.app from the email address associated with your account.
3.3. Upon cancellation, you will retain full access to the Service through the end of your current paid billing period. Your subscription will not renew, and no further charges will be made.
3.4. After your access expires, your account data will be retained for 90 days. During this time, you may reactivate your subscription to regain access. After 90 days, your data may be permanently deleted.
4. Refund Policy
4.1. No Prorated Refunds. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused portions of a billing period. When you cancel, you keep access to the Service through the end of the period you have already paid for.
4.2. Exceptional Circumstances. In cases of billing errors, unauthorized charges, or other exceptional circumstances, we may issue a refund at our sole discretion. Please contact us at support@stedify.app to discuss your situation.
4.3. Duplicate Charges. If you are charged more than once for the same billing period due to a system error, we will promptly refund the duplicate charge upon verification.
5. Plan Changes
5.1. Upgrading: If you upgrade your plan during a billing period, the new rate will take effect immediately, and you will be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of the current billing period.
5.2. Downgrading: If you downgrade your plan, the change will take effect at the start of your next billing period. You will continue to have access to your current plan's features through the end of the current period.
6. Dispute Resolution
6.1. Contact Support First. If you have a billing concern or dispute, we encourage you to contact our support team first at support@stedify.app. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly and fairly.
6.2. Response Time. We aim to respond to all billing inquiries within 2 business days.
6.3. Formal Dispute Process. If we are unable to resolve your concern through direct communication, you may initiate a formal dispute. Formal disputes will be handled in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures outlined in our Terms of Service, including binding arbitration in the State of Delaware.
6.4. Chargebacks. We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension. We are committed to resolving billing issues directly and promptly.
7. Service Interruptions
In the event of prolonged, unscheduled service outages exceeding 72 consecutive hours that materially affect your ability to use the Service, you may contact us to discuss a billing credit for the affected period. Such credits will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to you via email or through a notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
